Tee Up For Mental Health began as a simple conversation between Shaelyn Heise and Robin Young about wanting to give back to the mental health community. Shaelyn and Robin began running bottle drives, Rheo Thompson Mint Smoothie sales, and the main event a golf tournament in March 2016.

From there the fundraising efforts have continued and grown and will continue to grow! In 2019 we added Samantha Simpson to our team officially, though she had been volunteering all along.  2020 was our first year in which we passed $10,000 raised!

We are honoured to be able to raise money for an incredible organization and raise awareness for a very important topic.
